Welcome to Line Kings DFS ("the Platform"). By creating an account or using our services, you agree to the following terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age (or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction) to use this Platform. By registering, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement. Users in jurisdictions where daily fantasy sports or skill-based gaming is prohibited are not permitted to use this Platform.

2. Account Registration

You agree to provide accurate and complete information when creating your account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

3. Demo Currency & Testing Phase

The Platform is currently in a testing phase. All in-platform currency is demo currency with no real-world monetary value. Demo currency cannot be exchanged, withdrawn, or converted to real money. The Platform reserves the right to reset, modify, or remove demo balances at any time without notice.

4. Subscriptions & Billing

ALL MEMBERSHIPS AUTOMATICALLY RENEW. Current tier pricing:

• Day Pass: $5 — auto-renews at midnight Eastern Time each night until cancelled.
• Pro Monthly: $19.99/month — auto-renews monthly.
• King Monthly: $44.99/month — auto-renews monthly.
• NFL Season: $79.99/year.
• MLB Season: $89.99/year.
• NBA Season: $99.99/year.
• Pro Annual: $149.99/year — auto-renews yearly.
• King Annual: $299.99/year — auto-renews yearly.
• War Room Add-on: $10/month — auto-renews monthly. Available to Pro and King tier members.

ALL MEMBERSHIPS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE. By subscribing you acknowledge and agree that no refunds will be issued for any membership tier. You may cancel at any time to prevent future charges, but no partial or prorated refunds will be provided for the current billing period. Contact linekingsdfs@gmail.com with any billing questions.

5. Responsible Gaming

GAMBLE AT YOUR OWN RISK. The Platform provides tools for daily fantasy sports analysis and entertainment-based mini games. You acknowledge that: (a) participation involves risk; (b) past performance does not guarantee future results; (c) you are solely responsible for your decisions; (d) the Platform does not guarantee winnings or returns of any kind. 6. No Financial Advice

Nothing on this Platform constitutes financial, investment, or wagering advice. All projections, recommendations, and analytics are for informational and entertainment purposes only. You should not rely solely on Platform data to make financial decisions.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, code, designs, algorithms, and branding on this Platform are the property of Line Kings DFS and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without written permission.

8. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to: (a) use bots, scripts, or automated tools to interact with the Platform; (b) create multiple accounts; (c) exploit bugs or vulnerabilities; (d) engage in collusion or fraud; (e) harass or abuse other users; (f) attempt to reverse-engineer the Platform.

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, LINE KING DFS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE PLATFORM. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO US IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE PLATFORM IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE PLATFORM WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE OF HARMFUL COMPONENTS.

11. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, for any reason including violation of these Terms. Upon termination, all licenses granted to you cease immediately.

12. Modifications

We may modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Nevada, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Clark County, Nevada.

Privacy Policy

Line Kings DFS ("we", "us", "our") respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you use our platform at linekingsdfs.com (the "Service").

1. Information We Collect

Account Information: When you create an account, we collect your name, email address, and authentication credentials through Google Firebase Authentication. If you sign in via Google OAuth, we receive your Google profile name and email. Firebase stores authentication tokens and session data to keep you signed in.

Payment Information: All payment processing is handled directly by Stripe, Inc. When you subscribe to a paid tier, Stripe collects your credit/debit card details, billing address, and transaction history. We never receive, store, or have access to your full card number. We retain only a record of your subscription tier, Stripe customer ID, and transaction status.

Usage & Analytics Data: We use Google Analytics 4 (GA4) to collect anonymized usage data including: pages visited, features used, session duration, lineup builds, optimization settings, button clicks, browser type and version, device type and screen resolution, operating system, approximate geographic location (city-level, derived from IP), and referral source. GA4 uses first-party cookies and does not track you across other websites.

Cookies & Local Storage: We use essential cookies for Firebase session management and authentication persistence. We use localStorage to save your app preferences (theme, sport selection, contest settings, sidebar state) and cached lineup data for performance. No third-party advertising or tracking cookies are used. You can clear localStorage through your browser settings at any time.

2. How We Use Your Data

We use your information to: provide, operate, and maintain the Service; process subscription payments and manage billing; personalize your experience and remember your preferences; analyze usage patterns to improve features and fix bugs; communicate account-related information (billing confirmations, password resets); detect and prevent fraud, abuse, and unauthorized access; comply with legal obligations.

3. Data Sharing & Third Parties

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal data. We share information only with the following service providers, each bound by their own privacy policies and data processing agreements:

Firebase (Google): Authentication, real-time database, and hosting. Firebase Privacy Policy

Netlify: Site hosting and serverless functions. Netlify Privacy Policy

xAI (Grok API): AI-powered features (OptiChat, support chat, lineup analysis). Prompts and responses are processed in real time and not stored by xAI for training purposes.

We may also disclose information when required by law, subpoena, or court order, or to protect our rights and safety.

4. Data Security

We implement industry-standard security measures including: TLS/SSL encryption for all data in transit; Firebase Authentication with secure token management; Stripe PCI-DSS Level 1 compliance for payment data; server-side API key management (no API keys exposed in client code); access controls limiting data access to authorized services only. No method of electronic transmission or storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

5. Data Retention

We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. Usage analytics are retained in aggregate form. If you delete your account, we will remove your personal data within 30 days, except where retention is required by law or for legitimate business purposes (e.g., billing records).

6. Your Rights

You have the right to: access the personal data we hold about you; correct inaccurate or incomplete data; request deletion of your account and associated data; export your data in a portable format; opt out of non-essential analytics (by disabling cookies in your browser). 7. Children's Privacy

The Service is not intended for individuals under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If we learn we have collected data from a minor, we will delete it promptly.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
